Thursday, September 28th: Strength Seminar with Palisades High School Boys Beach Volleyball Team

We will be hosting a strength seminar for the boys beach volleyball team at Palisades High School on Thursday of this week. We will be answering the athlete’s questions regarding performance—how to jump higher, run faster, etc. and questions about pain, why athletes get pain and how to understand pain / stay out of pain.
